Not at all. Many families reach out before anything is settled. If you don’t know the cemetery yet, we’ll help you figure that part out too — it’s a normal place to start.
Of course. You’re welcome to ask only about cost and nothing else. Our prices are published openly, and we’ll happily talk through what a specific memorial would run with no commitment.
Yes — text is perfectly welcome, and a lot of families prefer it. Message us at 0938175286 whenever it suits you, and we’ll reply by text unless you ask us to call.
Yes. We meet families by phone, message, video call, or scheduled appointment — our registered office is not a retail showroom. Your designer can share granite samples, design examples and detailed photos before you decide anything.
Absolutely — bring whatever they gave you. We work within cemetery requirements every day, and we’ll make sure your memorial fits them exactly so nothing has to be reworked later.
Yes, and it helps. A photo of a stone you like, a hand sketch, or even a few words about an idea gives a designer a wonderful place to begin. You can attach it to your note or text it over.
