Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Stonehouse Works LLC (doing business as Stone House), a memorial design studio serving families across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our website address is https://stonehouse.one. We wrote this policy in plain language, because you deserve to know exactly how your information is handled — especially at a difficult time.

What we collect, and why

When you send us a note through our contact form, we receive only what you choose to share: your name, a way to reply (email or phone), and any optional details such as the cemetery, the type of memorial, or a message. We use this information for one purpose: to reply to you and help with your memorial questions. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not make follow-up calls you didn’t ask for.

Your note is delivered to our team by email and stored securely in our website’s private dashboard so that it is never lost. If you contact us by phone, text, or email directly, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to help you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies. If we use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors find our site, that data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Embedded content

Some pages include embedded media such as short films. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited that website directly, and those sites may collect data according to their own policies.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Your information is seen only by our team and the service providers who keep this website and our email running.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact form notes for as long as reasonably needed to assist you and to keep a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, and to request that we correct or delete it. We honor these requests for all visitors, regardless of where you live. To make a request, reach us through our contact page at https://stonehouse.one/contact/ and we will respond promptly.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date below. This policy was last updated on July 13, 2026.
